happy chicken panini from spring street market

A post-haircut lunch pickup from Spring Street Market was the way to go today. I ordered the “Happy Chicken” sandwich, after being suggested to do so by the cashier (always the best way to order).

The sandwich has avocado, sliced chicken, cheddar, and some condiments (mustard being the most prominent). It was pretty good- easy to devour, and the avocado is by far the best part. The flavors weren't exactly stellar, but they were good enough to make a solid lunch. To note, I'm logging this as food in Vermont because I don't have a Massachusetts section and it's 25 minutes from my hometown of Bennington, VT.

Avocado: 8/10

Chicken: 7/10

Sauces: 7/10

Cheese: 6.8/10

Overall: 7/10
