post-run smoothie bowl from a place my dad recommended

After a hard 7 miles on the treadmill, I was drenched in sweat. The entire run, I was anticipating a smoothie bowl. The smoothie bowl can be a sacred connection between man, fruit, and oat. Well, not really, but it’s still a pretty great dish. It’s better than a smoothie but worse than ice cream. And that’s ok. Ice cream is pretty hard to beat. Anywho, I got a basic açaí bowl. Here’s the review.

The berries here were ok, but the banana was the surprise breakout fruit. Good stuff. If there was any of the advertised almond butter, I didn’t taste it. The granola was pretty yummy, and the sprinkled coconuts were a nice touch.

Granola: 8/10

Berries: 7/10

Banana: 7.5/10

Smoothie base: 7.5/10

Overall: 7.5/10
