evolution salad from american flatbread

After running four miles in the morning, traveling all day, and then hopping on the treadmill at 9:40 PM for six more miles, I was pretty tired. And hungry. Thankfully, there was some leftover chicken parm in the fridge. There was also an “evolution salad” from American Flatbread.

This is one of those salads that makes you want to be a better person. That makes zero sense, but whatever. The dressing is the best part: a sweet balsamic which is paired smartly with sesame seeds. The lettuce is also great- just really well-selected romaine. The veggies, however, are poor to average. So it goes.

Lettuce- 8/10

Dressing- 8/10

Veggies- 4/10

Overall: 7/10
